Sear the chicken thighs for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
Sprinkle the minced garlic around the chicken and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
