Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the sauce for brushing after baking.
Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Brush the reserved honey mustard sauce over the chicken during the last 2 minutes of baking.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
