Ingredients
  

  • pounds chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Reserve about 2 tablespoons of the sauce for brushing after baking.
  5. Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Brush the reserved honey mustard sauce over the chicken during the last 2 minutes of baking.
  9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
