Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the ground chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until fully cooked.
  5. Season with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth and stir until well combined.
  7. Add the butter and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce lightly coats the chicken.
  8. Stir in the parsley and lemon juice, if using.
  9. Serve immediately with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted vegetables.
