Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Season both sides of the chicken tenders evenly with the spice mixture.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken tenders and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Transfer them to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the lemon juice and stir to combine.
Return the chicken tenders to the skillet and toss them in the garlic butter sauce for 1 to 2 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
