Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
Stir in the tomato paste, diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, and chicken broth.
Add the chicken breasts to the pot and bring the soup to a gentle boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the soup and stir in the lime juice and cilantro.
While the soup simmers, toss the tortilla strips with vegetable oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy.
Ladle the soup into bowls and top with the crispy tortilla strips before serving.
