Ingredients
  

  • pounds chicken tenders
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional
  • Lemon wedges optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the chicken tenders and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
