Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until a dark, flavorful crust forms.
During the final minute of cooking, add the butter and spoon it over the chicken.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
