Ingredients
  

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 1½ pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving, optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  5. Arrange the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs using tongs.
  7. Continue cooking for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges if desired.
