Lightly spray the tops of the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken tenders rest for 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
